Returns Policy

Gardeners Store only sell products from reputable and well established suppliers so will only exchange the item if it has a manufacturing fault. In the circumstance of a customer ordering an incorrect item through no fault of Gardeners Store, we will refund 70% of the value of the item when we receive the returned stock in perfect condition; we will not cover delivery costs.
